| This is a 20 story building located in Atlanta, Georgia and is an all electric building. The approximate total cost of construction was $12,000,000. When this building was completed initially, the local power company referred to it as the World's largest all electric building. An addition to this building, which exactly doubled its size, was completed in 1969. A second addition to this building was completed in 1986. |
