This is a 20 story building located in Atlanta, Georgia and is an all electric building. The approximate total cost of construction was $12,000,000. When this building was completed initially, the local power company referred to it as the World's largest all electric building. An addition to this building, which exactly doubled its size, was completed in 1969. A second addition to this building was completed in 1986.

Each facility is designed according to scale and based on Owners decision to expand. Most facilities consist of five service units with oil bays. Halogen lighting is placed in each bay with an HVAC unit, which distributes the proper temperature throughout.

This 5,000 sq ft freestanding retail building consists of five movie rooms, concession stand and 4 bathrooms. The lobby lighting was installed with ---- volts of halogen lighting as with the exterior lighting.

This 14,000 sq ft facility consists of 15 shops, bathroom units, cafeteria, a police precinct and an emission-bay service space. The parking space was designed to hold up to 300 cars.
