The gross square footage of this building is 1,600,000 square feet, consisting of 706,000 square feet of quest rooms, 30,000 square feet of meeting room facilities, 41,000 square feet of restaurant facilities and cocktail lounges, 152,000 square feet of retail space, 195,000 square feet of covered parking, and 476,000 square feet of hotel function and miscellaneous areas (offices, atrium, service, ballroom, etc.). This building was completed in January 1977. |

This addition included a restaurant, laundry operations for the entire hotel and expanded parking facilities. design and construction for a further addition of 29 floors including 352 guest rooms, ballrooms, meeting rooms, parking, offices and public facilities was completed in 1982. |
